Return, Exchange And Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of delivery (request to be raised within 3 days of delivery by sending email to info@weehours.in) , subject to the conditions below:

Return Conditions

  1. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 3 Days and completed within 15 days from the date the order was delivered.
  2. Customer Responsibility:
    • The return must be arranged and shipped by the customer.
    • We do not provide return labels or pick-up services.
  3. Proof of Purchase Required:
    • A valid order number and proof of purchase (such as the confirmation email or invoice) must be included in your return request and package.
  4. Product Condition:
    • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Products that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo(s) of the product (if applicable)
  2. If approved, you will receive the return address and any additional instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  4. Prices for return shipping are to be borne by the customers. Kindly ensure that you take receipt of the acknowledgment from the courier person regarding the number of products you are dispatching with the signature and contact details. Wee Hours will not be liable for any lost shipment.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, perishable goods, and customized or personalized products cannot be returned.
