Return, Exchange And Cancellation Policy
Purchasing a product shows that you have approved, understood, and agreed to abide by the below-mentioned terms & conditions.
RETURN
This return policy is only applicable if the item was sold on Wee Hours.
- You can submit the return request by emailing us at support@weehours.in within Product return timeline specified from the date of delivery.
- Please mention your order number and share Product images along with the reason for return to help us quickly process your returns.
- Please ensure that the returned Product is unused, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.
Items are only eligible for return, refund, and replacement if it fulfills the following conditions:
- If the item received is different from what you had ordered.
- If the item received is damaged or manufacturing defect condition.
- If the item is having missing parts or accessories which was mentioned on the product page.
- If the return request is raised within 3 Working Days from the date of delivery. Return request’s after the return period will be rejected. Contact support@weehours.in for return
- Any item to be returned should be returned in its original unused condition, with all the original accessories, price tag, manuals, parts accessories, and original packaging box delivered to you. You will be responsible for any damage incurred to the product during return transit, hence for safety please ensure proper packing of the product before returning.
- Due to multiple factors colors of the actual product and the product image varies. The actual color of the product may vary and hence the slight variation in the color shade does not come in the return policy. Return of a different color item is only eligible if the color of the item is totally different from the image on the product page.
For eg. the Item shown was blue and received brown. - We do not have any return policy for Quality related issues.
We hold the right to reject returns, refund, or replace the item depending on your return request and the return conditions fulfilled.
Prices for return shipping are to be borne by the customers. Kindly ensure that you take receipt of the acknowledgment from the courier person regarding the number of products you are dispatching with the signature and contact details. Wee Hours will not be liable for any lost shipment.
We recommend returning items by trackable mail because all items sent that do not reach Wee Hours Decors warehouse will be treated as non-returned. Please note that the parcels are your responsibility until they are returned to Wee Hours. Contact – support@weehours.in
