Quick answers

When will my order arrive?

Most orders are ready to ship within 2 days and are delivered within 7–10 business days. Shipping is free across India. We email you the tracking number on the day your order ships. We don’t ship on Sundays or Indian holidays.

Where can I track my order?

Use the tracking number in your shipping email, or see your orders under My Account → Orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can’t be cancelled once they’re placed. If something isn’t right, write to us and we’ll help.

My item arrived damaged or defective

Email a clear video of the damaged package to Support@weehours.in within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund.

Can I exchange for another colour or size?

Yes, if you tell us within 48 hours of delivery and the item is unused and unwashed. You send it back to our warehouse, and the return shipping is paid by you. Customised products can’t be exchanged.

Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. Choose “Bulk & corporate gifting” or “Hotel linen” in the form and tell us what you need and roughly how many.
