Product Note
All our products are made with care, however slight variations in design, color, and finish are natural and part of their uniqueness. For home linen items, minor size variations from the listed measurements may occur.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for our products. However, exchanges may be considered in case of damaged/defected products. If any item is received in damaged/defected condition, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund.
To process this, please email a clear video of the damaged/defected package within 48 hours of delivery to support@weehours.in.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges for a different color or size are allowed.
To be eligible:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
The item must be unused and unwashed
The product must be returned to our warehouse address to complete the exchange. Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Customised Products
Customised items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
